I began my career in banking, spending 13 years at Standard Chartered Bank, but my true passion has always been baking. What started as a lifelong love for creating cakes and pastries eventually led me to pursue a Diploma in Baking Science and Pastry Arts at the renowned Lavonne Academy. A decade ago, I turned that passion into my full-time profession — and I haven’t looked back since.

When I’m not in the kitchen, you’ll often find me outdoors, exploring trails on a trek or hike. I believe that balance, creativity, and inspiration come from both nature and nurturing meaningful connections.
